Tryouts for the 2025 JHS Competitive Dance Team will take place on APRIL 7th, 8th, and 9th at Jefferson High School in the Auxiliary Gym. The first two days of tryouts will include tryout preparation (practicing tryour routines and skills) from 4:30-6. For the final tryouts on April 9th, you will tryout with a small group where you will showcase the tryout routines and skills listed for each routine. You will sign up for a time slot for your final tryout with your small group.
If you are not able to make our in-person tryouts, please reach out to Coach Aliah Kelley at aliah.kelley@k12.sd.us to arrange an alternate tryout!
Please plan to attend all three days of tryouts. The choreography for tryouts will be posted below that you will be expected to learn BEFORE the first day of tryouts. We will review the routine during the first two days of tryouts!
